First Camp Trip of 2013...

Well, we had our first camp trip of the year! We headed out to Fort Casey State Park on beautiful Whidbey Island. The weather was gorgeous, yes it was cold, but you just cant beat the beautiful sunshine in February!! We had a great time exploring the forts, skipping rocks, playing on the beach (that was right off our campsite), BB tried to pan for gold (ha!) and of course - watching the ferry come in and out! We also had the joy of watching two bald eagles fight in mid flight literally right above our camp -- and VERY low! No pictures were taken as we to busy staring at the sky with our mouths open in ahhhh.. It was very cool!!! I have to say that 2013 is off to a great start!!
